Our team captures individual student photos, sibling photos, class group photos and staff headshots for preschool through university. We provide organized, and stress-free photo experiences for schools and families.
The Process.
We make school photo day seamless from start to finish. Once a date is confirmed, we provide promotional materials to help schools prepare families in advance. Or, if provided the parent’s e-mail addresses, we send the information directly. On photo day, we work efficiently to minimize disruption to classes while still giving each student time to feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. After the session, parents receive a private online gallery where they can view and order their child’s photos directly. There’s no paperwork for the school to hand out, and no added administrative work, we handle everything.
Safety, Security & Logistics.
We take student safety and school operations seriously. Each team member has undergone background checks and is fully vetted to work with children. We use a secure system to label and organize photos so that each student’s gallery is private and accessible only to their family. We’re committed to creating a safe, calm, and respectful environment for every student.
Pricing & Ordering Details.
Our pricing is designed to be affordable for all families. We offer a variety of packages that include both print and digital options, with no obligation to purchase. Parents can place their orders easily through our secure online system. Optional retake days are available for added convenience. We’re happy to provide a sample pricing sheet upon request.
School Incentives.
We believe in giving back to the schools we work with. We offer complimentary staff headshots and group photos. For schools looking to fundraise, we offer a commission-based revenue share from photo sales to help support student programs, events, or classroom needs.
BACKGROUND SELECTIONS
Modern hand painted backdrops in neutral tones or solid colours are available. Custom colours can be created.
Or photos can take place outdoors if that better fits your schools principles.
